A weekly contact improvisation jam. The first hour is held by Noa: scores and invitations, a page read from Lake Studios’ collection of Contact Quarterly, a video, a question to write to, a meditation. Then the jam opens. Outside the studio: freshly baked bread, vegan butter and jam.

An open contact improvisation jam co-hosted with Yoad Leader: unguided but held, a space to explore movement through touch, weight sharing and encounter. Everyone welcome, first-timers included. Sometimes with live musicians.
